MEETING WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF MAG OFFICE
RWP AND PP&A DIRECTORATE, GHQ, RWP ON THE
ISSUE OF WITHHOLDING TAXES & BROADENING OF
TAX BASE (BTB) ON 08.12.2009 |

On the Invitation of
Chief Commissioner, RTO, Rwp, Brig. Haris
Salam Director, PP&A Directorate, GHQ, Rwp,
Mr. Mehar Zafar Hayat, Dy. MAG and
Mr.Muhammad Rashid, Assistant MAG, held a
meeting on 08.12.2009 regarding application
and monitoring of various Withholding Taxes
and GST. Following decisions/issues were
made during the Meeting: |

By the time of
disbursement of next salary of Armed
Forces Personnel, CNICs of all will be
provided to the RTO, Rwp.
-
The correspondence
with PP&A Directorate will be endorsed
to CMA, Rwp, also.
-
Salary Software
provided by the Department is updated
and installed at CMA Rwp Command as well
as all CMAs except Lahore and Multan due
to hardware problems, there.
-
Provisions of GST
were briefed.
Both parties assured each other of
maximum assistance.
