Introduction

          Function & responsibilities of Member Enforcement & Withholding Taxes as was circulated vide Board's Office Order C.NO.1(11)2009-M-1 dated 13.7.2009 includes:-

1. Planning and designing procedures regarding:-

   1. Tax returns and tax payments.
   2. Tax return processing.
   3. Tax payer registration matters.
   4. Control of unregistered taxpayers.
   5. Control of non-filing, and,
   6. Collection of arrears.

2. Evaluation of enforcement and withholding tax activities for all domestic taxes.

3. Any other duties assigned by Chairman FBR
