Training of the Human Resource is a key
priority area of HRM Wing, which has linkages to nearly all the
HRM initiatives, and without which an integrated and
comprehensive system of HRM can not be implemented. The prime
objective of training is to equip FBR employees with relevant
knowledge, skills and requisite qualities needed for specific
job performance. HRM’s training strategy focuses on bridging the
performance gaps as well as providing a training, which builds
the capacity of the employee to perform well on the job
assigned. The targeted aim of Local Training and Development
exercise is to create an enhanced competent and efficient
workforce which in turn would contribute towards the success of
FBR as an organization.
