The Director on receipt of the application shall send the same to the concerned
Sector Specialist. If the Sector Specialist is satisfied with the method of calculation
and other particulars contained in the application, then he shall accordingly inform
the Director within fifteen days from the date of submission of the application.
If the Director is satisfied with the findings of the Sector Specialist in the received
report, he shall inform the Association/Exporter/Chamber/FPCCI
in writing the proposed rates of repayment
of custom-duties and the date fixed for meeting.
If the method of calculation proposed by the Association/Exporter/Chamber/FPCCI,
is not in Consonance with the
agreed method the Sector Specialist shall inform the Director accordingly
with his reasons in writing. On
receiving the report Director shall fix a date of the meeting
and inform the Association /Exporter/Chamber/FPCCI
in writing, the reasons recorded by the Sector Specialist.
