Latest FBR Releases
The Chairman, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has constituted an Anomaly Committee in order to identify and remove the technical and legal anomalies in the Finance Bill 2019. The committee will be chaired by Mr. Ashfaq Tola whereas the Co-Chairman of the Committee will be Dr. Hamid Ateeq Sarwar, Member (IR-Policy), FBR. The other members of the Committee are Mr. Abid Shaban, Mr. Zia Awan, Mr. Muhammad Awais, Mr. Asif Haroon, Mr. Abdul Qadir Memon, Mr. Amer Javed, Mr. Iftikhar Taj and Mr. Muhammad Rafique.
The TORs of the Committee will be to review the identified and submitted anomalies and to advise FBR on removal of anomalies. Technical and legal Anomalies can be submitted on or before close of office hours on Friday June 21, 2019 to the Co-Chairman, Anomaly Committee-Technical in his office at Room No. 355, 3rd Floor, FBR House, Islamabad. چیئرمین ایف بی آر سید شبر زیدی نے فنانس بل دو ہزار انیس میں موجود قانونی اور تکنیکی سقم کی نشاندہی اور ان کو دور کرنے کے لئے تصحیحی کمیٹی تشکیل دے دی ہے۔ کمیٹی کے چیئرمین جناب اشفاق تولہ صاحب ہوں گے جبکہ شریک چئرمین ممبر آئی آر پالیسی ایف بی آر جناب حامد عتیق سرور صاحب ہوں گے۔ دیگر ممبران کمیٹی میں جناب عابد شعبان، ضیا اعوان، محمد اویس، آصف ہارون، عبدل قادر میمن، عامر جاوید، افتخار تاج اور محمد رفیق شامل ہیں۔
