Islamabad, 6 October 2026: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) expresses deep grief over the tragic incident in which two officials of the Enforcement Squad embraced martyrdom while performing their duties at Qureshi Mor, Bypass Road, Dera Ismail Khan.
Three officials of the Enforcement Squad, Sepoy Izharullah, Arm Guard Rahmatullah and Sepoy Sulaiman were performing duty at the designated point at approximately 11:30 AM when unidentified armed persons arrived at the location and opened fire upon them.
As a result of the firing, Arm Guard Rahmatullah and Sepoy Sulaiman embraced martyrdom, while Sepoy Izharullah remained safe. Sepoy Izharullah returned fire during the incident, following which the assailants fled the scene. The unidentified persons also took away official arms and ammunition issued to the squad personnel.
Chairman FBR Mr. Rashid Mahmood Langrial has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyred officials. He paid homage to their courage and commitment and said that the sacrifices rendered by FBR personnel in the line of duty will not be forgotten.
The FBR stands firmly with the families of its martyred officials and all personnel performing their duties in the service of the country.

ڈی آئی خان میں فائرنگ کے واقعے میں ایف بی آر کے دو اہلکار شہید

اسلام آباد، 6 اکتوبر 2026ء: فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو نے ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان کے قریشی موڑ بائی پاس روڈ پر فرائض کی انجام دہی کے دوران انفورسمنٹ سکواڈ کے دو اہلکاروں کی شہادت کے المناک واقعے پر گہرے رنج و غم کا اظہار کیا ہے۔
انفورسمنٹ سکواڈ کے تین اہلکار، سپاہی اظہاراللہ، آرم گارڈ رحمت اللہ اور سپاہی سلیمان تقریباً صبح 11:30 بجے مقررہ مقام پر ڈیوٹی انجام دے رہے تھے کہ نا معلوم مسلح افرادنے ان پر فائرنگ کر دی۔
فائرنگ کے نتیجے میں آرم گارڈ رحمت اللہ اور سپاہی سلیمان شہید ہوگئے جبکہ سپاہی اظہاراللہ محفوظ رہے۔ سپاہی اظہاراللہ نے واقعے کے دوران جوابی فائرنگ کی، جس کے بعد حملہ آور موقع سے فرار ہوگئے۔ نامعلوم افراد سکواڈ کے اہلکاروں کا سرکاری اسلحہ اور گولہ بارود بھی اپنے ساتھ لے گئے۔
چیئرمین ایف بی آر راشد محمود لنگڑیال نے شہید اہلکاروں کے اہلِ خانہ سے دلی تعزیت کا اظہار کیا۔ انہوں نے شہید اہلکاروں کی بہادری اور فرض شناسی کو خراجِ عقیدت پیش کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ فرائض کی انجام دہی کے دوران ایف بی آر کے اہلکاروں کی جانب سے دی جانے والی قربانیاں کبھی فراموش نہیں کی جائیں گی۔
ایف بی آر اپنے شہید اہلکاروں کے اہلِ خانہ اور ملک کی خدمت میں مصروف تمام اہلکاروں کے ساتھ ہے۔
