This Directorate General is developing a valuation database regarding items which are generally prone to under-invoicing. This database will be made available on the WeBOC system and would be regularly updated by the Valuation Department. The Database values are only for reference purpose and Assessing Officers would use these reference values for guidance only. The Assessing Officers will be at liberty to finalize assessment on the basis of palpable evidence.
