A workshop on “Initiation of Criminal Proceedings & Filing of FIR” was held in RTO-II Lahore on 4th Match 2016. This was an interactive session. Procedure for Filing of FIR under Income Tax, Sales Tax as well FED was discussed in detail, in the light of a live Case Study.
