RTO-II LAHORE - STRIVe Awareness Seminar,at Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industries
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has made significant changes in the sales tax regime. According to the new changes, the inland revenue operation wing has set up a new Sales Tax Real-Time Invoice Verification System (STRIVe) for halting the false claims of tax input. The member inland revenue (operations) of the FBR, Dr. Muhammad Irshad, along with his team has introduced the STRIVe system for the first time in the history of Pakistan.
In order to sensitize the Registered Persons a seminar on STRIVe was arranged by the Regional Office-II Lahore , at Chamber of Commerce & Industries Lahore. Mr. Raza Ashfaq, Secretary (Law, Procedure & Exemptions), Focal Person, was gracious to spare time despite his pre-occupations and conducted such seminar interactively. RTO-II Lahore is thankful for his services. Extraordinary attendance of traders was observed. It was followed by 90 minutes Q&A Session.
