Mechanism for “Implementation of Prime Minister’s Directive, for Implementation of Protection Against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2010”

As per approval of the competent authority, all field offices / sub-offices are required to constitute a three members working committee, at their end, with at least one member being a female. The names and details of the said committees and further communication, on issues relating to aforesaid Act may kindly be communicated to the office of Chairperson of the Inquiry Committee, constituted at FBR HQ, Islamabad.

In the event of a case, being filed under subject Act, the linkage and working of field level inquiry committee, with the Inquiry Committee at FBR, HQ, Islamabad, is described here, for further necessary action, at your end.
