Despite challenges related to human resources, IT infrastructure—such as manual processes and lack of digital integration—and logistical support, the Directorate General (IAIR) has continued to deliver quality output. The office and its formations managed to detect revenue losses amounting to Rs. 806.381 billion, including 70 special inspections of individuals, associations of persons, and companies, with a revenue impact of Rs. 277.874 billion during FY 2024–25. This represents an 8% increase compared to the previous year's figure of Rs. 746.4 billion.
