As a sequel to E-Kachehries held regularly to comply with the directions of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)/Secretary Revenue Division, Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq Ahmed held yet another Weekly E-Kachehri at FBR (HQs) on Friday to listen to the complaints and concerns of taxpayers. This is in continuation of holding weekly E-Kachehri by the Chairman FBR after he decided to hold it on every Friday in order to expedite redressal of grievances of taxpayers. He listened to the complaints of the taxpayers and issued on-spot directions for immediate resolution of complaints. He also advised the taxpayers to visit their nearest RTO and Collectorate of Customs for redressal of any problem confronted by them.

The Chairman FBR appreciated the suggestions put forth by the taxpayers and assured them that their valued input would be duly considered for formulation of tax policies and initiatives for taxpayers’ facilitation. He reaffirmed that FBR was making all out efforts to facilitate the taxpayers. The Chairman FBR has already issued categorical directions to all Field Formations for according top priority to the grievances and concerns of all taxpayers, particularly, related to females and those belonging to remote and marginalized areas of Pakistan. Needless to add that the weekly E-Kachehri being held by Chairman FBR on regular basis is not only contributing significantly to the timely redressal of the grievances of taxpayers but it is also aimed at keeping a strong check on the performance of the Field Formations. 

 

Chairman FBR has already instructed all field formations to resolve the outstanding issues of taxpayers and made it clear that any negligence in this regard will not be tolerated.

چئیرمین ایف بی آر  کا  ہفتہ وار  ای کچہری کا انعقاد

وزیر اعظم پاکستان کی ہدایات پر ایف بی آر ہیڈکوار ٹرز اسلام آباد میں باقاعدگی سے کی جانے والی ای کچہری کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ اس سلسلے میں  چیئرمین ایف بی آر ڈاکٹر محمد اشفاق احمد نے  جمعہ کے روزایک اورای کچہری کے ذریعے ٹیکس گزاروں کی آن لائن شکایات سنیں جنہوں نے کال کرکے براہ راست   چیئرمین ایف بی آر کو اپنے مسائل سے آگاہ کیا۔ چئیرمین ایف بی آر ٹیکس گزاروں کے مسائل کے فوری حل کے لئے ہر جمعہ ای کچہری کا انعقاد کرتے ہیں۔ چیئرمین ایف بی آر نے ٹیکس گزاروں کو یقین دہانی کروائی کہ ان کے مسائل کے فوری حل کے لئے ایف بی آر  ہر ممکن اقدامات اٹھا رہا ہے۔ انہوں نے شکایات کے تدارک کے لئے فوری احکامات جاری کئے۔ چئیرمین ایف بی آر نے مزید کہا کہ کسی بھی قسم کی شکایت کی صورت میں اپنے قریبی ریجنل ٹیکس آفس اور کسٹمز کولیکٹوریٹ سے رجوع کریں۔

چئیرمین ایف بی آر نے ٹیکس گزاروں کی طرف سے پیش کی جانے والی تجاویز کا خیر مقدم کیا اور  انہیں یقین دلایاکہ ان کی تجاویز پر سنجیدگی سے غور کیا جائے گا۔چئیرمین ایف بی آر نے تمام فیلڈ دفاتر کو خصوصی ہدایات جاری کی ہیں کہ خواتین اور پاکستان کے دوردراز علاقوں میں رہنے والے ٹیکس گزاروں  کے مسائل کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر حل کیا جال کو ترجیوردراز علاقوئے۔ہفتہ وار ای کچہری کے انعقاد سے نہ صرف ٹیکس گزاروں کے مسائل وقت پر حل ہوں گے بلکہ اس کے ذریعے فیلڈ دفاتر کی کارکردگی بھی جانچی جائے گی۔

چئیرمین ایف بی آر نے تمام فیلڈ دفاتر کو ہدایات جاری کی ہیں کہ ٹیکس گزاروں کے تمام مسائل کو فوری طور پرحل کیا جائے  اور واضح کیا ہے کہ اس سلسلے میں کسی بھی قسم کی کوتاہی برداشت نہیں کی جائے گی۔
