On the front page of the daily The News dated 12th December, 2019, incorrect figures are reported in the News, under the heading ‘Pakistan conveys the China customs authorities its reservations about Trade Data Exchange’, about under-invoicing /over-invoicing and the resultant revenue loss. Moreover, FBR wants to make it clear that it has not provided these figures.
It is important to highlight here that because of close cooperation between Pakistan Customs and China Customs, this difference is substantially reduced. In the meeting, both sides undertook to ensure closer/enhanced cooperation. There is strong hope that, in coming days, the quantum of under-invoicing and over-invoicing would be minimal.

فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریوینیو نے روزنامہ جنگ کے شمارہ مورخہ بارہ دسمبر 2019 کے پہلے صفحے پر لگی خبر ، جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ پاکستان نے چینی حکام سے ٹریڈ ڈیٹا ایکسچینج پر تحفظات کا اظہار کیا ہے، کے حوالے سے یہ وضاحت کرنا چاہتا ہے کہ اس خبر میں انڈرانوائیسنگ اور اوور انوائیسنگ کے متعلق دئے گئے اعدادوشمار اور اس کے نتیجے میں قومی خزانے کو نقصان غلط ہیں اور محکمہ ایف بی آر نے یہ کسی بھی اخبار کو مہیانہیں کئے۔
یہاں یہ بتانا ضروری ہے کہ پاکستان کسٹمز اور چائینہ کسٹمز کے باہمی تعاون سے یہ فرق کافی کم ہو گیا ہے ۔ اس میٹنگ میں دونوں فریقین نے تعاون مزید بڑھانے کی عہد کیا ہے۔ جس سے قوی امید ہے کہ آنے والے دنوں میں انڈرانوائیسنگ اور اوور انوائیسنگ مزید کم ہو جائے گی۔
