FBR has issued instructions to all Customs Collectorates to remain open on Sunday 26th June, 2011 as normal working day in order to facilitate the trade in making maximum use of the relief / amnesty measures announced recently. All Customs Offices have also been directed to remain open till 09.00 pm on 29th and 30th June, 2011 to receive duty and taxes and to facilitate taxpayers. All clearance for imports/exports shall be affected accordingly.
 
FBR has further requested the Governor, State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi, to issue necessary instructions to the National Bank of Pakistan to provide banking facility in the designated branches throughout Pakistan to collect duty and taxes on behalf of the government on 26th June, 2011 and for extended hours on 29th and 30th June, 2011.
